Campaign Idea
'Fruit that won't get thrown away'
'Fruit that won't get thrown away'
Consumers needed a reason to provide their families with the goodness of packaged fruit from SPC over other available fresh fruit options. Our advertising campaign highlights an insight that fresh fruit in a kids lunchbox often doesn't get eaten, it just sits in the bag and mum ends up having to throw it away. It suggests that SPC fruit won't suffer the same fate. The original campaign featured kids at school and was so successful that it ran for three years across four new TVC executions for tinned fruit, fruit snacks, fruit in jelly and brekky fruit. Check out the kiddy eating the peaches, this little trooper spent quite a while on the loo after the shoot! The concept also executed well in magazine, supermarket posters, metrolite and digital execution where the photographer and I literally threw food about!

Outdoor & print
SPC Baked Beans & Spaghetti
Television brand advertising campaign involving concept development, art direction & graphic design for point of sale
Campaign Idea
'Pull my finger'
'Pull my finger'
This advertising brief was to promote classic Aussie food larder hero, 'SPC Baked Beans (& Spaghetti)'. With insight into kids playground banter, we developed a concept that brought with it a meaningful message for Mums as well as a fair amount of toilet humour. 'Baked Beans, good for your heart, the more you eat, the more you fart!' The shoot was hilarious with an auditioned bunch of cheeky, audibly talented kids really acting out on set - as production company time and patience became short - there were a few 'time-outs' issued. The campaign was executed with TVC's, a radio ad as well as in store signage featuring simply 'Pull my finger and finger visual'.
